At Forney Luxury African Hair Braiding, we are committed to providing exceptional service and maintaining professionalism. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following policies:

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

A deposit must be made in order to secure an appointment.

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund of your deposit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a hold of your deposit.

Repeated cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments.

Issue Reporting Policy

Customers must report any issues or concerns related to their braiding service within two days of the service date. After this period, no complaints, adjustments, or reparations will be accommodated.

This policy complies with the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act (DTPA), Chapter 17 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, which allows businesses to set reasonable timelines for service-related concerns.

Service Disclaimer

We perform hairstyles requested by customers to the best of our ability. Forney Luxury Hair Braiding is not responsible for any damage to the customer’s hair or scalp that may occur after the service is completed. Additionally, if braids are taken down by someone other than our salon, we are not responsible for any damage caused during or after the takedown process.

Customers are encouraged to communicate any pre-existing conditions or sensitivities before the service begins.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of braiding services, no refunds will be issued once a service is completed. If a customer is dissatisfied, concerns must be reported within the two days issue reporting window for possible adjustments.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Personal data collected (e.g., name, phone number, email, or payment information) will be used solely for appointment scheduling, reminders, and salon communications.

Forney Luxury Hair Braiding will not share or sell your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Right to Refuse Service Policy

Forney Luxury Hair Braiding reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who:

1.Displays inappropriate, disrespectful, or abusive behavior toward staff or other customers.

2.Fails to comply with salon policies, including the cancellation and no-show policies.

3.Arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

4.Engages in conduct that compromises the safety or comfort of staff and customers.

By booking and receiving services at Forney Luxury Hair Braiding, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies.
